The Beauty of a Great Team

I've spent the last several months managing all aspects of a very unique client request with an amazing amount of complexity. As we draw the job to a close and prepare for the installation, I look back over the many weeks we've been in production and two main thoughts linger in my mind. First, how great the project looks and second, how many wonderfully talented people came together to make all of this happen in such a relatively short period of time. Beginning with concept development through prototyping to print and production it has been smooth sailing. The power of a great team of true professionals each gifted in their respective crafts is an awesome thing. When these folks come together and focus on a single project it is even more impressive with each phase a critical step preceding the next. We'll know next week what the client thinks of our work as we present the finals in their settings and we anticipate their approval on what we feel is a job well done. We are each proud of our contributions and I am extremely pleased with everyone's efforts. Thanks to all involved.
